Beyond the date column, will be your record of expenses or money spent. Again, you should title each of the columns you'll be entering figures into, and then record your expenditures for items falling into those categories. Next comes to your table of contents page. Don't really worry about this one until you've got the entire plan completed and ready for final typing. In describing your business, it's best to begin where your statement of purpose leaves off. Introduce your product, the production process, which has responsibility for what, and most importantly, what makes you product or service unique - what gives it an edge in your market. You can briefly summarize your business openings, present position and potential for future success, as well.

Next, describe the buyers you're trying to reach - why they need and want or will buy your product - and the results of any tests or surveys you may have conducted. Once you've defined your market, go on to explain how you intend to reach that market – how you'll alert these prospects to your product or service and induce them to buy. You might want to break this chapter down into sections such as... advertising plans, promotions and publicity, direct sales force, and distributor/dealer programs. Each section would then be a sketch of your plans and policies.

Moving into the chapter on competition, name who your competitors are their weaknesses and strong points - explain how you intend to capitalize on those weaknesses and match or better the strong points. Talk to as many of your "indirect" competitors as possible - those working in different cities.

The title of the page should be in all capital letters across the top of the page, centered on your final draft - skip a few lines and write the statement of purpose. This should be direct, clear and short - never more than two (2) sentences in length.

Then you should skip one or two lines, and from the left hand margin of the paper, write out a subheading in all capital letters, such as: DETAILS OF PURPOSE.

3) Now C thought that since there is only one piece of land in the country, and land is non producible asset, its value must definitely go up. So, he borrowed 1 dollar from A, and together with his own 1 dollar, he bought the land from B for 2 dollars.

*A has a loan to C of 1 dollar, so his net asset is 1 dollar.
* B sold his land and got 2 dollars, so his net asset is 2 dollars.
* C owned the piece of land worth 2 dollars but with his 1 dollar debt to A, his net residual asset is 1 dollar.
* Thus, the net asset of the country = 4 dollars.

4) A saw that the land he once owned has risen in value. He regretted having sold it. Luckily, he has a 1 dollar loan to C. Forex Demo Accounts Explained

Many of my clients and staff ask me what are views on the use of Forex demo accounts. Bottom line is I am very pro demo accounts. To the point where I have a demo account constantly running on the company systems, as well as my own Forex trading computer at home, even while I am live trading. It is running while I am away, while asleep and even while I am watching my favorite ball team play on Sunday afternoons. My demo account is an integral part of my Forex trading strategy, training, self-education and professional life.

I am very familiar with the negatives associated with demo account trading, as I experienced them early on when learning to adjust from stock/option trading to Forex trading.

1. Demo accounts give a false sense of security in Forex trading.

2. The emotions of "Live Money" trading are not brought into play with demo accounts.

3. Forex demo account quote feeds are not the same as live account feeds.

There are some truths to these. Demo accounts do give newcomers a false sense of security in their abilities, since the emotional involvement with a pretend trade is nowhere near the emotional rollercoaster associated with a live trade with ones own hard earned money. And I do disclose this fact to all aspiring Forex traders prior to them going live.

As far as the price feeds being different on demo accounts, this just isn't true with the demo accounts we utilize. The exact same currency quote stream that feeds my demo also feeds my live accounts. They are both coming from the exact same ip address. I have heard of this problem on other demo accounts, but have no first hand experience with them.

What is different is the market reaction to my demo trades (which is no market reaction) versus my live trades. On a live trade, the very next tic after I execute a trade is in the opposite direction 99.9% of the time (I will explain why in a future article). Another important difference is that the demo is where the brokers test any platform updates or changes prior to being implemented on their live platform. This may cause some instability on the demos which are not seen on the actual live platforms.

The benefits to utilizing a Forex demo account however, far outweigh any of these drawbacks. The two most important reasons are learning how to use the trading platform itself, and becoming familiar the Forex market. There is no worse feeling than to jump on a trading platform, figure out how to execute a trade, make the trade, realize you made it in the wrong direction, and then spend the next fifteen minutes reading through the online instructions trying to figure out how to close the trade, all the while the market is on a surge against you. Please, practice doing everything on the demo platform you intend to use before going live.

Secondly, and this cannot be stressed enough, no other market in the world is as exciting (hence volatile) as the Forex market. You can read, train and study all you want. Until you develop a feel for the Forex market and learn what we call "reading the right side of the charts," your trades will have higher probabilities of ending up in losses. And I will let you in on a little Forex secret.

Every strategy ever thought up, designed and marketed has also been bought, analyzed and countered by other traders and brokers (us included). I am certain of one thing though. That wearing this tin foil hat on my head does prevent my trading thoughts from transmitting through the internet lines for all to see.

The problem with "junk mail" is that if a person gets all hyped up and sends away for the product they have built it up to be bigger-than-life. And when the product or information they ordered arrives, it simply is a sheet of paper or another piece of "junk mail" trying to sell them something else. The person feels cheated, stupid, and taken advantage of.

People may always exist that will respond to this type of "junk mail." But you can use the same marketing concept to provide the people with something REAL. This way, they won't feel cheated, stupid and taken advantage of. This is where the "junk mail" authors who wrote this stuff in the first place overlook the true marketing potential.

More money could be made if the person buying something is satisfied and makes a repeat purchase. In fact, newcomers are eager to learn and will buy anything to get started learning. By taking advantage of them only means that you will make one sale in that person's lifetime. But if the product is good and worthwhile -- they will order from you again and again. Many newcomers today will be big businesses tomorrow. And I'm sure if a newcomer found a honest company that really helped them break into the mail order field they would continue to do business with them when they really did make millions of dollars. See what I mean? The back-end sales for a lifetime would be worth the investment.

I'm not saying that you can take a piece of "junk mail" claiming to make the person $1 million in 30 days or less and turn it into a valuable and worthwhile product. Since this is a downright lie, there is no way to market this honestly. However -- you can study the piece of "junk mail" to determine what words and phrases were used and how the ad is written so you can understand how to present a REAL product that people will be eager to buy.

Then, pass the word and tell every new person you come into contact with about these pie-in-the-sky-schemes. You might even want to try writing to some of the people listed on the chain letters. Explain how all this "junk mail" only appeals to their emotional needs and how the company who originally wrote these materials are USING them to only get their money. If everyone passed along this information -- it wouldn't take very many years before we could put a stop to all this nonsense.

If people slack off on buying it and see the scam for what it really is -- the cons will diminish!

5 Tips For Finding Extra Cash Without Working

I recently decided to set down and try to figure out how I have come up with extra cash in the past without having to work extra hours, take on a second job, or partake in any other laborious activity which eluded into my personal time. So I came up with some pretty interesting things and here are five of them:

1. SAVE YOUR CHANGE

Since I was young I have always put all my loose change in a jar and when I thought I had enough, I would go cash it in and buy a toy. Well, I still do that to this day. Yes, banks pay interest and all that good stuff, but there is just something "childlike" about having a piggy bank and that loose change adds up fast. I usually save all my change for one year and then buy something. Last year, I purchased my wife a laptop computer with our spare change. This year, we payed for our vacation theme park tickets in Orlando, FL with our loose change. Of course, we take it to the bank first for them to sort it. Vendors really don't like for you to hand them $900 in quarters.

2. STOP EATING OUT SO MUCH

You know you do. There really isn't much to say other than the fact that high fuel cost is driving up the prices for everything, including dining out. Yes, groceries are going up too, but it is still much less expensive to eat four bologna sandwiches then it is to get that combo at the fast food joint.

3. RECYCLE

I am a firm believer in recycling and you can make some extra cash doing it. Check your bottles, plastic containers, and so forth to see if you live in a state that will actually pay you to recycle them. Also, always recycle your cans. I recently took our cans to the recycling center where they paid me $0.78 per pound and I walked away with a $47.00 check!

4. HAVE A YARD SALE

This is kind of like work, but yard sales can actually be quite fun. Just go around your house and pile up all the stuff you know you don't want. Place an ad in your local paper (many papers let you place yard sale ads for free), and then set up and sell. Remember, don't give your stuff away for pennies. Typically, if your clothes are in good shape, charge 1/3 or 1/4 of what you paid. Don't sell anything for less than a quarter. Your time isn't worth it.

5. BUDGET YOUR MONEY

I really cannot emphasize this enough, but if you spend your money on paper before you actually spend it in real life, then you will know where every dime is going. There are two facets to creating wealth: (a) creating money and (b) controlling how we spend it. The key to successfully get out of debt and start creating wealth is to accurately address both.

Financial Hardship is characterised by the severe lack of money to meet your basic survival needs: food, clothing and shelter. People on social welfare, the unemployed or those recently bankrupted would fall into this category. In this category, I place anyone where the total cost of providing for their essential needs takes up, or is greater than, the total amount of their income.

One of the main characteristics of this stage is confusion. Most people do not know exactly what they spend their money on. Overall, there is considerable confusion about money and generally how to manage finances. The most important thing in this stage is to get out of the confusion you have about money. Managing money is simple and my aim when designing the money program was to make it as simple as possible to understand.
The strategies to assist you in mastering this stage and to get you on the road to wealth creation are:

1. Get out of confusion with money.
2. Know your finances.
3. Set goals.
4. Start to develop a plan.
5. If you are in serious financial hardship, you need to create more income. Use short-term methods, if necessary such as part-time or extra jobs.

One of the greatest mistakes you can make in managing money, is not knowing where your money is going. About 90% of the people who come to see me do not know exactly what they spend their money on. Some may have small notebooks where they scrawl their monthly accounts but when they start to put everything down on paper, they are always surprised, if not shocked, to see the real state of their finances.

As obvious as it seems, most people just do not know their finances. This is always the most difficult part of The Money Program because, invariably, this is often where they realise they are spending more than what they earn. It is scary. Urgh! Who wants to know there is a cancer growing out of control in their wallet? No-one. But it is only when you face that cancer that you will be ready to heal it. Now you will know why you are getting deeper and deeper into debt and have no savings after years of being in the workforce.

The first thing you need to do is to create a planner. I prefer to call it a planner rather than a budget because of the connotations the word 'budget' has to a lot of people. 'Budget' often sounds too restrictive. It is like the word 'diet'. It can conjure up feelings of denial and restraint and is, therefore, often doomed to failure.

I believe that the road to success should not be so barren that there is no enjoyment in travelling it. Money is there to provide security, satisfaction and joy in our lives. We should be allowed to have some of life's little luxuries along the way. Even though, particularly in the earlier stages, we sometimes need to cut back on spending, a good program still allows us to have a little 'play' money.

The program should be designed to ensure that, firstly, you are living within your means and, secondly, that you do not spend all of what you earn so that this surplus can grow into the reservoirs of investments that will eventually lead to prosperity. Initially, this may mean you have to cut back a little, but it is usually directed at eliminating wastage and extravagance from your life.

I believe that extravagance and over-spending is just the other side of the 'scarcity' coin. It is often the belief that there is not enough that will lead you into spending too much.

I'm a huge fan of Google. With nothing but Google tools, you can quickly set up an entire online business of your own. What's presented here is intended to be a multiple use miniature business plan.

How much money can somebody make using this EXACT strategy? To be honest, I don't have an answer yet. Using this strategy and my own 9-step Internet marketing plan using free methods, I've created several test blogs to see how much money I can actually make with them. This whole methodology came about when my friend Sasha asked me to show her how to set up a very, very basic online business that wouldn't cost her any money. As a demonstration, I created my "Yoga & Pilates Lifestyle" blog while she sat right here and watched. On that first test run, it took about 90 minutes to get started.

From that first demonstration, here is a slightly more refined list of steps for you to get started making money blogging:

1. Define your niche. This needs to be something that you're genuinely interested in, since you'll be reading, writing, and otherwise dealing with it a LOT. Plus, this will be a hobby for a while until it starts to make money.

2. Do some research to make sure that your niche is narrow enough to be a true niche, but broad enough to have a good sized market.

3. Create a Google account. This is the launching point for all tools Google.

4. From your Google services page, create a Blogger blog. You'll need to pick a template, layout, color scheme, and all that jazz.

5. On the "Customize" page of Blogger, click on "Add A Page Element" and select an AdSense unit.

6. You will be walked through the process of creating your Google AdSense account.

7. Pick your ad options and put up ads. You can have up to 3 AdSense blocks on a page - see my sample yoga site above for suggested positioning.

8. Sign up for a Feedburner.com account. Activate the features that feeds your blog content to other sites, and also enable the feature that allows people to subscribe to email updates.

10. Write articles for your blog. Cross post these articles to article directory sites to attract visitors.

11. If relevant and permitted for your site's category, post ads on Craigslist, Backpage, and Kijiji to advertise your new site.

12. Comment on related blogs, leaving a link back to your site.

13. Become an active participant in discussion boards, Yahoo Groups, Google Groups, etc., relevant to your blog, leaving links back to your site where permitted and appropriate.

14. Create YouTube videos relevant to your blog. Embed the video on your blog as content, and put a link the YouTube description field back to your site. YouTube is free, and also owned by Google!

15. Repeat steps 10 through 14 to maintain and grow your site.

There you have it. A fairly simple business plan that takes less than 2 hours to get up and running.

I don't know about you but I recently have seen my sales on eBay going up. Best part of it all is that I didn't even do anything different. When I mean I haven't done anything I really mean nothing. Not a thing! I even didn't place any new live auctions for a month and I made sales just from my store items.

That got me asking myself this question, "What the heck is going on?" Believe me I don't mind making some extra money for doing nothing. But seriously, why all of a sudden people are finding my items and buying them without me doing anything?

I found the answer and wanted to share it with you. Believe me you will want to start doing what I've been doing for a long time. It will help you make more money on all your auctions.

What I found out was that eBay made changes to everyone's default search to "Best Match". This means when you do a search on eBay you know longer see the items that are about to end. What you will see are a bunch of listings that "best match" the words you entered in your search.

Guess where eBay looks for these words? They look for those search words / keywords in the title of every auction. If your auction has those keywords in the title, your item will appear in the search result. Even if your item is a store listed item. Thus the reason I made some sales from my store items.

So you need to make sure your title is filled with keywords people are searching on. eBay gives you 55 characters for a title, USE ALL 55 characters. Put all the words people are looking for, not those words like **LOOK** or different characters.

So how do I find what people are searching for? There are many tools out there that can help you. But most of then cost money. I'm sure most of you are like me, I really don't like to spend more money than I have to. So here is a free tool I've been using.

Google Adwords Keyword Tool

All you do is enter a word in their search box and within a few seconds you will get a list of words that people have been searching on. Look at all the keywords and pick the ones you see that fit the item you are selling. Don't just pick the highest searched keywords because a lot of people searched for it. #1 Mistake - People think that short sales are difficult and not a viable business. Biggest mistake is that people think that it is not a good business model. They think the following:

• Banks are not discounting
• Short sales take too long
• It doesn't work
• The banks won't work with us, etc.

If you truly understand the way short sales work, you can literally control your entire market. Everyone has the mindset that this doesn't work where I live and I can't figure it out.

#2 Mistake - Another big mistake people make in investing in real estate is they go buy a house and they want to resell or fit it up and do a rehab, but the truth is because the market is so soft, you have to stand out and be different than everyone else.
